All returns must meet the following requirements:
1- Purchasers must request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) within 30 days of purchase;
2- All merchandise must be in the original box and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the original receipt;
3- After merchandise is received and inspected for damage, abuse, or other apparent misuse, and approved, we will refund or issue a credit in the original sales amount including any tax and outbound freight, or issue an even exchange.
